Prior to the transfer of KJ Pinchon, Lincoln North Star was already a top dawg out of their Class coming into this season. Now that they have added KJ, it seems like they should dominate most of the teams that they have to matchup against. Pinchon brings fire, athletic ability, size, and a mixed bag of ability on both offense and defense. Offensively, she can be your post that kills the smaller defender with size, she can step into the midrange and go to work off the attack with a slower defender, or she can step out and hit three’s from deep off the catch if she has some one bigger defending her. Defensively, she can handle most matchups thrown her way and make her mark as a consistent rebounder. After coming off of a successful Volleyball season this Fall, it’ll finally be nice to see how Pinchon competes this Winter on the hardwood. There is promise here. Now we just have to see what it turns into.

KJ Pinchon is going to be a big question mark coming into this Winter but I think she is going to standout as one of the state’s best Forwards with her athletic ability, her natural skill as a Forward, & her willingness to adapt in quick situations. It also helps that the team she is joining up with is stacked but that is beyond the point. If Pinchon does what we think she is capable of, Lincoln North Star will be dominant this Winter and they will win their Classes State Title. Pinchon comes into this season with 2 Division-1 offers on the table. I’m not sure if she will field any more before committing but if she does, I would not be surprised.

Lincoln North Star High School is going to be favorite to make it back to the State Tournament this Winter with the roster they have on hand. They bring back everyone from last season and they add a killer in KJ Pinchon at the Forward position. Pinchon is someone who transferred into the state this Fall and she is going to be a tough matchup for most others to deal with. Not only does Pinchon have good size for her position, she also moves like a guard at times with the ability to knock down shots from every offensive level, while being very athletic. As long as she is put in favorable situations, they should thrive as a whole because she really is like that.

KJ Pinchon is the new addition to the state of Nebraska with her transfer to Lincoln North Star and she comes in at #5 in this Update. Some might think this is high to start out but trust me, it’s not. Pinchon holds two D1 offers from last year. she is one of the most athletic players that the state has to offer at 5’11, and she moves like a guard a majority of the time. Lincoln NS is going to make the State Tourney this year and KJ will look like a dominant monster in every definition of the word. Just sit back, wait, and what it unfold because it’s going to be really fun to watch from afar.
