Someone that should be on everyone’s radar throughout the state of Missouri is Kinley Kilburn of Missouri Flight 14U Black. This team specifically loves to shoot the trey ball. They did face a lot of zone action in their contests this weekend but they are not shy of letting it fly. Kilburn demonstrated a diverse scoring ability from all three levels with her mixture of natural skill and height at 5’9. Kilburn is a lefty with good touch, passing, scoring, rebounding, and defending ability. She can start underneath the hoop on O against a zone or she can pop out for a look past the three point line. Defensively, she has a nose for the basketball. She gets a lot of deflections and tips, leading to blocks because of her athletic ability and reach. This Flight team has a few prospects that we will cover over the next few days. They play some high octane ball. Something you just love to see.
