Patterson is a great slasher who uses her physical 5’8″ frame to play bully ball in the lane. She can easily finish through contact, as well as convert at the free throw line if she is sent there.

She is also a solid rebounder. Patterson’s frame and strength allow her to box out opponents and be in the perfect position to grab boards on both ends of the floor. She can also help spread the ball around, showing flashes of brilliant passing.

Kinsley Patterson Kinsley Patterson 5'8" | SF/PF Greene County Tech | 2027 State AR is coming off a strong 2024-25 season, earning all-conference and being an important piece to a Nettleton squad that made some noise in the 5A playoffs. Patterson is back and set to do it all over again.

Patterson was one of the best players in the 5A East, but she did not just beat up on conference opponents. One of her best games as a sophomore was against 6A Central Bryant, where Nettleton was very close to an upset. In that game, Patterson scored 16 points, hitting all of her free throws and finishing in the paint and the lane.

The forward is also a solid passer and defender. She thrives when she hits her teammates with an assist, and she can terrorize opponents on the defensive end.
