About Kira

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

With a small roster was relied on to play every position, often switching positions in each game. I'm able to play under the basket, make passes, efficiently shoot 3-pointers, hustle on defense.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Even though I value discipline and accountability on and off the court, I’m also known for keeping the team loose and positive! I’m good at making people laugh and easing tension when needed so we can reset and refocus.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Top 10 GPA, High Honor Roll, Student Council President - Junior Year, National Honor Society, MHSAA certified referee for basketball and softball, Volunteer with youth sports, Student of the month - many times, Brad Boyle Award - The Brad Boyle award is given annually to an outstanding Student-Citizen-Athlete at Jonesville.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I received BCAM Team FIRST award 2025/2026 season. I am a reliable, adaptable leader who brings energy, accountability, and humor to every environment I’m part of.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

I was invited to play varsity basketball as a freshman; however, with a roster full of experienced upperclassmen (several at my position) consistent opportunities were limited. I made the decision to move to JV during my sophomore year to focus on developing my skills. That experience allowed me to grow, return stronger, and contribute across multiple positions during my junior year.

What type of college are you looking for?

I'm interested in a college that offers classes related to criminology.

Kira made her mark for Team 9 with her length and versatility on the perimeter. She attacked the basket with confidence, showing the strength to complete plays through contact. On the defensive end, her awareness stood out as she read the floor well and disrupted passing lanes. She was also strong on the glass, battling for rebounds on both ends, and her hustle was evident throughout the day. On offense, she showed good vision by delivering clean post-entry passes that set up her teammates in scoring position.

Kira, a powerful forward for The Naturals , had a standout performance on Saturday at the PGH Michigan State Tournament. She was fearless in attacking the lane, taking on contact and still managing to finish strong at the basket. Kira’s tenacity on the boards was also on display, as she worked tirelessly to secure rebounds and create second-chance opportunities for her team. Her physicality and hustle were key factors in her team’s success throughout the day.

Kira is an athletic wing from The Naturals 2027 who caught my attention with her playmaking abilities and long frame at the Cagers Invitational. She worked inside to secure an offensive rebound and finished the play with a layup. Kira drove vigorously down the lane and used a sweet high-rip euro step move to convert a tough layup. She scored again off two feet, tacked on a free throw, and buried a confident wing three. Kira is a promising prospect, and this won’t be the last time she leaves a lasting impression on the court.
