Williamsburg kicked off this season on Saturday, securing a big win against Monticello High School in the Rivalry Saturday event at Kirkwood CC in Cedar Rapids. In this win, the group as a whole showed a lot of things and their star’s shined. Someone that stood out to myself was their Freshan PF – Kylee Suhr Kylee Suhr 6'0" | PF/SF Williamsburg | 2028 IA . Suhr is a player that stands at 6’0 and she is a multiple sport athlete with a ton of upside. She demonstrates that she has a high motor and she competes with a lot of energy when her number is being called. With this addition to their squad, it’s not crazy to think this group could win 15-17 games this Winter on their way to the Playoffs. Suhr is going to get her chances in brief stints so as long as she can use her size to her advantage in those moments, she should put together a Freshman year to remember.
