Kylie is able to utilize her height inside the paint, boxing out opponents well and grabbing rebounds off the rim with ease. She is able to knock down jumpers from anywhere on the court with her smooth lefty shot but thrives in the mid-range game. She is strong down in the paint too, boxing out every possession and always doing the little things for her teammates. Ray is a player to keep an eye on in this incoming freshman class.

Kylie Ray Kylie Ray 5'10" | SF/CG Sumner | 2030 WA is a strong, steady player who brings consistent effort to both ends of the floor. As a lefty, she is particularly hard to guard and can take you baseline and pull up over smaller defenders in the mid-range. She does a good job putting herself in position to score and shows confidence from beyond the arc, where she is comfortable stepping into three-point opportunities. Kylie understands how to find open space and make herself available when her team needs a scoring option.

Kylie also provides a reliable presence for her team, competing hard defensively and staying engaged throughout the game. As she begins her high school career, I expect Kylie’s game, her basketball IQ, and her overall impact to continue to grow. Her work ethic, consistency and willingness to contribute make Kylie the type of player who can become a valuable addition to any team.
