How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Shifty left-handed point guard with a high basketball IQ and excellent court vision. She excels in transition and pushes the pace on fast breaks. Her quick first step and crafty handle allow her to penetrate defenses. She also brings tenacious defense on and off the ball. As a true three-level scorer, she is a versatile two-way threat.

Passionate competitor who leads by example and uplifts those around her. Kyra thrives under pressure, viewing adversity as a challenge to overcome. With a balance of calm focus and competitive fire, she brings energy, encouragement, and a team-first mindset every time she steps on the court.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Kyra is actively involved in her church and has participated in various community service projects through her basketball team and school. She values giving back and brings the same heart for service and teamwork off the court as she does on it.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Kyra has developed strong leadership through consistency, trustworthiness, and perseverance. As a starting guard alongside D1 talent in high school, she quickly earned the respect of coaches and teammates. She leads with a calm, encouraging presence, shows discipline as a first-in, last-out player, and values team chemistry, care for others, and having fun.

Kyra has faced challenges both personally and academically. After a public situation, she showed resilience by continuing to lead with integrity despite facing adversity. She’s also overcome learning challenges, showing determination, focus, and a strong work ethic in the classroom and on the court.

What type of college are you looking for?

Kyra is seeking a Division 1 program where she can continue to grow as a player and person. She’s looking for a competitive team culture with strong coaching, an emphasis on development, and a supportive academic environment that values character, work ethic, and community.
