About La’Nee

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Hard working and hustle with heart. If i’m not scoring I find other areas to help my team efficiently. My strong points are putting the ball back up, rebounding and shooting the shot wherever it is.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Strong minded, I find solutions and I don’t get in my head when things aren’t working. I keep pushing forward no matter what. The day will come.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

Yes, Vice President for Beta Club. I’m in National Honor Society, Key Club and a Student Ambassador at Irmo. My awards are A and B honor all year, Multi Sport Athlete and more.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

Communicate skills, acknowledging others. If someone does not understand or fits in I try my best to make them feel welcomed and introduce myself. I’m more of a I’ll show you type of leader because that’s how others understand besides telling them.

Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.

Balancing my sports, clubs and outside life has taught me a lot and has made me into a leader.

What type of college are you looking for?

A type of college that fits me, makes me feel welcomed and has my majors with good school academics and sports.
