Laney had a terrific career at Surrey and was very steady throughout her years. She is committed to play college basketball at St. Catherine University in St. Paul. This is a great fit for Laney and I anticipate her having continued success in college. She leaves Surrey as a three-time All-Region selection. She has great handles and keeps the ball on a string. She has a good change of speed and pace which she utilizes well in the ball screen. She is most well-known for her outside shooting. Opponents have to pick her up as soon as she crosses half-court due to how good of an outside shooter she is.
