Lauren is a rebounding gladiator!  Automatically outlets to guard after rebounding to create run and gun! She has great size advantage! And her footwork in the paint is solid! The lefty makes a living inside with both offensive and defensive boards!  When she keeps the ball above her shoulders and uses that height to her benefit, watch out! Guards can loft the ball to Baughman and the rest is history!

I’m a big fan of Baughman’s game! With her length and frame, combined with Lauren’s ability to shoot and rebound, she would be one that I’d want on my team at the next level. Can easily be a double-double machine! Love her protection inside the paint!

Outstanding post defender, she steps to the ball and can react well to the play. Does a great job protecting the paint and she has such a great wingspan, she can also alter and deflect shots around the basket. She’s able to put a body on her defender and rebound the ball well both offensively and defensively. Good touch around the rim able to score.

Baughman is a double double machine! That power dribble drop step on the block is powerful and an easy 2 points! Love how she positions herself for rebounds, with a wide stance, hands up and ready to either grab and outlet or put back! She can take over a game!

Such a talented post player, Lauren h as a great frame to allow her to control the paint and protect the glass. She has great length and plays the game very much under control. Great handles and can beat you inside or out. Lauren makes the jump to #75 in the latest state rankings.

With her skillset along with her height she’s almost unstoppable, she plays well inside and outside the paint but loves getting the job done inside. She gets a lot of deflections and steals with her long arms, has a smooth up and under move on the block. Even with contact she can score through her defenders. Has great help side and lets her teammates know where the ball is at all times. Lover her size and love for the game. She’s also on the watchlist.

Fundamentally sound as she knows where to be on the floor. Able to be in the right spot, does a good job setting screens and rolling to the bucket. Runs the floor, has good size and length with a wingspan allowing her to manage the passing lanes.
