When we covered some of the state’s conferences during the preseason, we briefly talked about how CG/SF – Lauren Johnson Lauren Johnson 5'8" | CG Stanton | 2025 IA was going to be one of Stanton’s Senior leaders for this Winter. Well Johnson is thriving and putting up meaningful numbers every contest, consistently showing her worth to anyone that might be paying attention. In the most recent game again Griswold, Johnson had 19 Points (10/18), 10 Rebounds, and 5 Steals – giving her a pretty impressive stat-line with a clean double-double. Stanton has a few Senior leaders that are vital to their success and Johnson is 100% in that conversation as you can tell.

Lauren Johnson Lauren Johnson 5'8" | CG Stanton | 2025 IA is the heartbeat of her Stanton program. Johnson is their CG, who is willing to do it all for her teammates, so that they can find success in some form/fashion. When Staton is winning, Johnson is having a good game. When they are losing, usually Johnson isn’t doing the best. It’s a simple recipe for success, that I’m sure they are going to continue to ride with. At least throughout the rest of this Winter, with the roster that they have on hand.
