DAndre Trevon | Prep Girls Hoops Scout
A true track star whose speed fuels elite on-ball defense. She plays with a great motor, finishes strong through contact, and consistently attacks the offensive glass. With her impact on both ends, Captain Shreve looks like an early favorite to contend for the Division I state title.

Calling Bryant an undervalued player could be a huge understatement considering what she has been able to put together on the basketball court. She is a strong, quick, assertive and relentless guard that will serve as a driving force for the Captain Shreve squad. Shreve plays man to man and guards 94ft, and Bryant is leader in that department. She flies all over the court and hangs her hat on her defensive game. She is a turnover machine and her energy travels to her young teammates creating an environment of supreme confidence. On the offensive side of the ball, she has developed a steady mid-range shot, but she is physical and enjoys the brutal side of the game and constantly pressures the defense to get to the goal. Bryant is a player you want on your roster, in your locker room and most of all on the court. The 5A Division just may have new contenders.

Bryant hit teammates in transition as well as off the dribble, but watching her drop the spin move going full speed and dish got me going. Her HEZ is nice as she got to rim and scored, but she uses her athleticism on both ends and applied “on the ball” heat defensively
