West is going to be a very good high school basketball player. She gained valuable experience this season on a Nedrose team that went 8-12. This is to be expected from a squad that only had 1 senior. West is going to lead Nedrose to a significant increase in wins next season. She is a very athletic guard who is just scratching the surface of how good she can be. She glides up and down the court and is already a very effective defender. She will be a menace on the offensive end as well with continued work in the offseason.

West has great potential as a prospect. She plays a ton for Nedrose, a team that is struggling to find wins in a very competitive Region 3. She is a bright spot for the team and is doing a nice job of building a foundation for a competitive team going forward. She is one of their primary ball-handlers and doesn’t get too flustered with pressure. She has a quick first step and a frame where she could become an elite athlete.
