Lesley Burton is a great inside scorer and rebounder who can dominate games. She showed this in her junior season, and it was on full display in a game against Livingston Academy, where she went off for 22 points and 14 rebounds. Burton put together multiple double-double performances last year for Boyd Buchanan.
She is an aggressive scorer in the low post who can score through contact. If she misses a shot at the rim, she does not get discouraged. Burton just attacks the glass and moves forward.
On defense, Burton has solid post defense and has great fundamentals in boxing out opponents.
