In the tough overtime 6A quarterfinals loss Wichita Heights Cooley showed some serious game. She hit shots and none were bigger than the pair of threes she canned back-to-back with just over a minute left in regulation. She also opened overtime scoring with a interior, challenged bucket out of a pivot. Smart, heady and absolutely dangerous with a clear look from the perimeter. Nailing 3/5 three point goals she finished with 15 points, 4 steals and 3 assists against just 2 turnovers.

Lexi effort just stood out from the start of the first game and did not end til the final horn of the last game. A player that always seemed around the ball making good plays. Good handles and vision from the point guard spot making good sound decisions. A up tempo guard that looks to push the ball up the floor in transition. Understood in transition when it was there and if not pulled it out to set up the team.

A point guard that can shoot the outside shot hitting several throughout the day. The type of defender that is a ball hawk at all times.
