Counts is a solid all-around player who scores well inside. She has the length to score over any defender and the strength to back down her defender under the basket, then take advantage.

Both of those physical traits serve her well on the defensive end of the floor. Counts is a hard player to score against, as her standing reach makes it tough to shoot over, and opposing bigs cannot back her down in the post. Counts is also a tremendous rebounder.

Averaging over 20 points a game as a freshman at Maumelle High School in Arkansas. Counts landed in Conway to add size and length in the paint. She can pound her way in blocks and battle for rebounds. The 6A Division will surely put her to the test. I see Libby as one of the states “bigs” who will get much recognition this season. Keep an eye out for this one

Libby Counts Libby Counts 6'1" | PF/C Conway | 2027 State AR is one of the best players in the 2027 class and a new addition to the Lady Wampus Cats’ roster. Counts was an all-conference player at Maumelle Charter and is expected to take a big step up in her game as a sophomore.

Standing at 6’1″, Counts has found it easy to dominate in the paint. She has a nice touch around the rim, can score with both hands, and can hit open mid-range jumpers along the baseline. Counts uses her size well to create space inside and is an effective post defender. Counts is also methodical in drawing contact and getting to the free throw line. In addition, she uses pump fakes well and is patient enough to wait for defenders to fly by so she can score.
