I had a chance to see Lillian and Woodstock a few days prior to the North Georgia Team Camp in the Milton Summer League on Tuesday night. She, along with Lyla Sanderson Lyla Sanderson 5'6" | CG Woodstock | 2028 State GA , were outstanding shooting the ball from deep, knocking down midrange jump shots, and getting opportunistic baskets at the rim in transition and the half court. Barrett moves very well without the ball and does an excellent job preparing and setting up for her shot. She did not need a lot of time to get her shot off and several of her makes were a few feet behind the three point line. She also has a sneaky handle that I have seen her flash a couple of time. She showed a lot of skill and athleticism and played with confidence in the games I saw her play.

Barrett’s energy was contagious throughout camp. She plays extremely hard and brings a high IQ approach to everything she does. Offensively, she handles the ball smoothly, confidently going behind the back and creating space. She knocked down catch-and-shoot threes and made smart decisions with the ball. What separates her is her mentality—she does whatever it takes to win. Defensively, she takes pride in her work, staying engaged and communicating with teammates. A gritty leader who impacts both ends.

Plays hard. Sneaks in for offensive rebounds very well. Three-point specialist sees the vast majority of her shots come from behind the line. Energy provider is averaging 6.9 points, 3.4 rebounds and 1.5 steals with nearly two made threes per game.

Lillian’s hustle always stands out to me. Though she is small, she is fearless especially when it comes to crashing the offensive glass. Barrett flies in from the perimeter to steal second chance opportunities. Lillian finished with 7 points, 5 rebounds and 1 steal against Lanier, sinking two corner threes including an And-1.

Barrett is a pure shooter with a quick release. Moves well without the ball in her hands which allows her to get her shot off. A player that can get to the rim as well as shoot the 3 ball. Always around the basketball trying to create turnovers. High IQ guard.
