Junior Lilly Teague Lilly Teague 5'7" | SG University School Of Jackson | 2027 State TN has been a reliable offensive player all season for University School.

Teague, in 24 recorded games this season, is averaging 11.2 PPG. In this, she has had multiple games with 14 or more points. Her season high in points came against Cardinal Newman High School, where she dropped 22. Teague excels in scoring the ball from beyond the arc and also in transition on fast breaks.

Teague is also an amazing playmaker. This results in her lighting up the assists column often. In a game against the Nashville Hornets, she had seven assists. She can also generate large steal totals, as she is a high-level perimeter defender.

Teague displayed ability to play both guard positions. She makes fantastic plays on both ends of floor. I liked her decision making and passing ability but the attribute that stood out the most is her ability to slash and finish through contact. Definitely one of my favorite sleeper prospects at the Nike Tournament of Champions.

A dual-sport athlete who is a gamer. Talk about a kid who is laser-focused; she sets the tone for her team in so many ways. Yes, she can score, facilitate an offense, and make assists, but what stands out more is her presence on the floor and how she commands things. She sets the pace, anticipates well, and just competes. She also contributes on defense, giving her team an edge. A solid kid who is going to have a standout season.

A heady ballplayer who is athletic as all get out. A multi-sport player who makes a world of difference. When it comes to this game, she’s solid, giving you tough outings every time she steps onto the floor. A floor general who controls pace and space, makes the right reads, gets bucks, and contributes on the defensive end. She shows up, shows out, and competes. Talk about someone you want in your foxhole with you; she’s the girl. It’s not about the accolades or name in the box score; this girl wants to win and is willing to do whatever it takes to help her team achieve that.

Super tough kid who is a grinder. An efficient ballplayer who can score at will, but also will feed the hot hands of her teammates. She can defend like crazy and always seems to be in the right spot at the right time to contribute to her club. Doesn’t matter what end of the floor she is on, she is impactful and plays with relentless effort.

The saying the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree rings true when speaking about this young lady. Her dad was a very talented center who played at the University of Tennessee. Just like the center position where you have to make checks prior to starting a play, she too has those leadership qualities to run an offense efficient and effectively. Lilly is a three level scoring threat who is a selfless leader that makes those around her better. She gets after it on both ends and doesn’t gloat or want the glory. She just puts her head down and goes to work, competing every single second she is on the court. Very talented kid who is solid on both ends of the floor, she is going to give you everything she has and then some. 

 Clutch shooter who can fill it up. This kid is a gamer who plays with speed and confidence. Can shoot it from the arc at a high clip, get downhill and finish in the lane, lock up on the defensive end, and compete until the final whistle. She has a high basketball IQ that enables her to make the right reads, be in position to exploit or take advantage of, and she’s just a pure athlete. Exceptional talent who will continue to grow throughout her high school career.
