Committing to a program who could use another scoring stretch big, Esparza might fall into a situation where she’s able to show her talents immediately. Lily has all the tools of a D1 forward. Athleticism, the ability to play from the block to the arc, and mostly importantly.. the ability and desire to defend multiple positions. Her potential which is extremely high, will continue to increase.

The length alone is a key reason why Lily is so impactful on her programs. She has the skillset to score on all levels, and her jumper and release are smooth with no hitches. Defensively, Esparza can guard 2-5. She’s versatile, dependable and uses her natural feel to be just as dominant on that side of the ball too. At 6’2, she moves with speed and grace, and can go coast to coast like a guard.

is one to watch. The long and smooth junior is a necessity on any team. She has a slick jumper and an arcing 3-point shot. She can hammer the boards to rack up her point total. Her offense and defense combo in almost every game keeps the spark lit for her team to compete. She is an unselfish player who is consistently putting up double doubles. Midwest Elite has true talent in Esparza.
