She had a few nice takes, and I loved what she did protecting the paint. She showed great hands swiping down on drives when players beat her, and she did some good work on the glass.

It feels like West Potomac has endless weapons and ways to attack you. Early in the game against South County Lina Hashimi Lina Hashimi Lina Hashimi 5'10" | PF West Potomac | 2027 State VA dominated. South County is a smaller team, and they had a tough time dealing with Lina. Lina does a great job finishing around the rim and is hard to stop out the post. She rebounds well, and she gives West Potomac another way to beat you. She finished with 10 points in a 2-point win that took West Potomac to states.

Lina Hashimi Lina Hashimi Lina Hashimi 5'10" | PF West Potomac | 2027 State VA was tremendous on Sunday. She rebounded well and imposed her will inside, showing off her post-game and strength around the rim. I didn’t know much about Lina coming in, but I left the day feeling she was one of the best players. Lina knocked down a handful of threes and did it comfortably. The size and strength she possesses inside, mixed with her jump-shooting ability, make her an intriguing watch in the future.
