Throughout the spring and summer, Hutchens ran with Team Mack 16U which played its first season on the Under Armour circuit. Said travel team is actually undergoing a merger with Lady Attack Elite to form Carolina One. The Charlotte Latin team that Hutchens was part of last season put together a stellar 2025-26 campaign. Hutchens helped the Hawks to the program’s first 20-win season since 2017-18. She competed in 21 of Charlotte Latin’s 29 games last season and was one of two 2028s from last season’s team. With Charlotte Latin having graduated so many seniors from last season’s team, expect for Hutchens to assume a “next woman up” mentality for the Hawks throughout 2026-27.
