Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m a versatile and high-IQ player who thrives on doing the little things that help my team win. I pride myself on being a true team player—whether it's setting screens, making the extra pass, or crashing the boards. I have a strong sense of spacing and timing, which helps me move effectively without the ball and create opportunities on both ends of the floor.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I bring a hardworking, positive mindset to everything I do—on and off the court. I love being part of a team and thrive in a supportive, high-energy environment. As a natural leader, I lead by example through my effort, attitude, and focus, and I make it a priority to uplift and encourage my teammates.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I’m a member of the National Junior Honor Society, which reflects my commitment to academics, leadership, and community service. I also received the Armor Award at school, which recognizes students who consistently demonstrate accountability, respect, motivation, organization, and resilience—values I strive to carry into everything I do.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Through sports and academics, I’ve developed important skills like leadership, teamwork, and communication. I had the opportunity to lead my middle school basketball team, which was made up mostly of students who were new to the sport. That experience taught me how to be patient, encouraging, and lead by example both on and off the court.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
One significant challenge I faced was moving from California to Texas right before my 7th grade year. It was a big adjustment—leaving behind my friends, teammates, and everything I was familiar with. Starting over in a new environment pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it also helped me grow. I had to learn how to adapt quickly, stay confident, and rebuild connections both in school and sports.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a college that values both strong academics and athletics—where I can truly be a student-athlete. It’s important to me to be challenged in the classroom while continuing to grow and compete on the court. I’m also looking for a school with a strong sense of community, where I can build meaningful relationships with teammates, coaches, and classmates.
