Maddison has shown exponential growth in her game and has climbed the ranks a ton over the last year. Krug is coming in as the #6 player at her position. The determination Krug shows to get her team extra possessions stands out. She has a stellar midrange shot, defensive reflexes, a nose for the ball and rim protection make her a well-founded player. Krug will be headed to Lafayette next season.

A 6-4 player who uses her long limbs to affect the game with ease. She has the ability to shoot the 3, hit the midrange and her jump hook is a go to move that is hard to stop for most. Maddison can affect the game without scoring, but when she is getting on the scoreboard, she can score in bunches. A very capable screen and roller, natural post up and spot up or trailer Krug is active on the floor. She gets on a roll very quickly and she can insert energy into any lineup she is inserted into and can make an impact at any moment.

Maddison was a complete x-factor all game for St. A’s leading them in scoring as a role player in this game. Krug used all over her 6-4 frame to affect the game and making Winchendon have second thoughts about getting in the paint with multiple blocks. Krug was scrappy fighting for loose balls and was running the floor injecting energy in her team by playing a pivotal role in coming back in the second half. Maddison knocked down the extended midrange jump shot at an efficient clip and well as finishing most of her post up jump hooks. She also knocked down free throws to make her that much tougher as a big. Winchendon did not have an answer for Krug in this game.

It’s hard not to notice Krug when she’s on the court. At 6’3″ she’s a solid post presence on both the offensive and defensive sides of the basket. She has good awareness and footwork and knows how to get herself in shot-making position. She brings a lot of skill to the court and makes her teammates better.
