Simply put Topa is a Swiss-army-knife type of player that will do whatever it takes for the betterment of her team. She does a bunch of things on both ends of the floor that don’t show up on the stat sheet, but are crucial. Madelyn is coming in as the #13 ranked player at her position. She brings intense 2-way play that can help swing the momentum in her team’s favor with her timely defensive plays and critical perimeter shot making. Topa is a hound on the defensive end. She takes pride in shutting down the better offensive players on the opposing team. Madelyn will deny entry passes and plays the passing lanes to get out in transition for easy offense. The ultimate teammate that will sacrifice for the furtherance of her squad. The Curry College commit had an appreciable summer and could make an impact in a lead role this year.
