McGrew has consistently shown me that she’s going to be a problem for defenders, well she’s a problem now because not only is she a “long and athletic” guard, she takes good shots and knows how to set the defender up. Her growth shows each time I see her, see evaluations here

McGrew gave me a glimpse a couple of times over the club season, as well as briefly at the Texas Invitational, and watching her slice by defenders to score, nice body control on her finishes after contact, told me a lot. She also showed she could drop the mid to long-range, she has close to 40 from deep, as well as the “stop and pop” and “catch and shoot”. Solid defender who also plays the passing lane and has good court vision

McGrew is also a “long and athletic” guard who does a good job of setting the defender up to score off the dribble. She also creates her shot and creates spacing to drop the jumper, step back included.
