About Mady

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

My basketball gameplay style focuses on both the small and the big things. I love doing the gritty work like diving for loose balls, rebounding and boxing out, blocking shots, and defending the paint. I also excel at the big plays, scoring in transition, executing post moves, and maintaining a high free throw percentage, as well as being able to shoot from 3.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

My mentality is centered on the belief that everything is earned through hard work. I don't take shortcuts and always put in the effort required to succeed. I love being a competitor and thrive on the challenge of pushing myself to the limit. For me, competition isn't just about winning, it's about proving to myself that I can overcome anything that is thrown at me during games.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I am involved in SALPI (student-athlete leadership, performance and impact committee), National Honor Society, French Club Officer, and volunteer frequently.

What type of college are you looking for?

Something that challenges my athletically and academically.

Mady was consistently a top performer during spring travel tournaments with Factory. There was one game where she played point-forward. Mady created driving lanes using crossovers and finished multiple and-one layups through contact. She’s a strong rebounder who closes out hard to block shots on the perimeter and protects the basket. Mady can step outside to hit three-pointers and attack downhill off the dribble. She’s a versatile forward at Novi that I’m expecting to have a big junior season.
