Helms is usually in the right place at the right time, and that’s on both ends of the floor. Defensively she plays the passing lanes with three right amount of risk, and on the offensive end she makes plays, while also being be able to be effective off the ball.

A do it all player who has the motor to be effective all game. Three levels of scoring (follows her shot on almost every attempt), moves well without the ball, and stays active on defensive end as well. Helms has strong vision matched with a high IQ.. and the passes she makes are crafty but needed.. and are pinpoint. A player for coaches to keep an a strong eye on.
