Makenna now attends Zillah and absolutely dominated the state tournament this year. Zillah didn’t come away with the state title but Klitzke had big performance after big performance. She scores the ball very, very well in many different ways. Her mid-range game is elite and she works in the pick and roll smoothly as she can finish through traffic and contact down low.

Makenna is a solid post player with great height, standing around 5’10”. Klitzke has a solid post game, showcasing great footwork deep in the paint. She scores well from down-low, having a soft touch around the rim, going through contact well.

An impressive young player, Makenna is smooth in the paint and does the little things correctly. Her positioning and ability to box out is very good, she displays great footwork and knows how to find her shot. As an impressive young talent, she has plenty of time to become and even better player and make some noise in the rankings.

Saw her play in the freshman showcase last summer and she was arguably the best post player there. She consistently scored with great footwork and establishing position deep in the paint where she 6 went to work on some of those post moves. She was a big key for Warden taking a little pressure off of Lauryn Madsen.
