Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m a sharp-shooting guard known for my confidence behind the arc and my ability to shift momentum with my shot. I just need to see one go in to get hot! In my varsity career so far, I’ve scored over 1,429 points and made 288 three-pointers. Last season, I set my school’s single-season assist record with 105. I know what it takes to win-coming from a program that's won back to back championships.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
As a leader on the court, I take pride in elevating my teammates, making sure everyone is involved, and building that strong team chemistry. My mentality is always focused on winning, and when the game’s on the line, I embrace the moment. I’ve proven myself as a clutch shooter, hitting multiple game-winning shots under pressure, but I know that basketball is a team sport.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
I am a member of my school's Student Government Association.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Through basketball, I've developed strong leadership skills, motivating my team and stepping up in clutch moments. I’ve also learned the importance of teamwork, always focusing on creating opportunities for my teammates and working toward a common goal. Off the court, I’m passionate about community service, volunteering at youth clinics and helping the next generation grow as players and people.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
One of the biggest challenges I've faced is the personal sacrifice I've made in pursuit of my basketball career. I’ve dedicated most of my childhood to perfecting my craft, often choosing early mornings and late nights of practice over social events or downtime. Balancing academics, training, and the pressure of constantly improving has been tough, but it’s shaped my work ethic and discipline.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a college that offers a strong basketball program with a competitive, team-oriented culture where I can continue to develop my skills and contribute to a winning team. Academically, I want a school that provides a challenging academic environment where I can pursue my degree while balancing my athletic commitments.
