White River is filled with talent, having the league MVP and 2 other players make first team in their conference. Even with that, Malia was able to be named second team all conference for her performance on the court as a sophomore. She excelled in the defensive side of the ball, showing defense leads to offense and providing energy to her teammates. Offensively, she can really shoot the ball. She finds the weak spots and exploits them by knocking down deep shots when the defense is lazy.
