She does a great job of knowing when to keep attacking downhill or when to pull up around the free throw line area and stop and pop. Hicks is athletic and smooth in her movements that shows her finesse whether she is ripping down rebounds or whether she is cruising up and down the court for easy transition buckets.

is a true full court threat being able to grab rebounds on defense and push it up the court herself for a fast break. She knows how to drive to the basket drawing defenders towards her and make the dish, or she can handle it all the way for her own points. She’s aggressive using a variety of guard moves and post moves to get her way in the paint.

runs the floor well being ready for the pass on fast breaks and scoring through contact. She was constantly capitalizing on turnovers created by her team, and she handled the ball herself up the court for some solo fast breaks. She rebounds well on both ends of the court battling against anyone for the board.

Long 5’11 perimeter player that is extremely skilled. Malone has nice one on one moves and is crafty scoring the ball. She has not even came close to reaching her potential. She is a force on defense, because she moves so well and times her jump to block shots. She currently holds several Division I offers.

was all over the court defensively making her presence known blocking shots and deflecting passes. She hustled back on defense preventing fast breaks from happening for her opponents. She was quick on offense, too, making plays changing her speed and getting to the rim to score some points. She did well boxing out on both ends getting the rebound.

Hicks is a breakout player in the 2028 class coming off an amazing freshman campaign that put her on the radar. At 5’11”, she is able to combine her size, strength, and elite guard skills to create mismatches. She is also able to attack off the bounce and stretch the floor with confidence. Along with her offensive game her frame makes her an outstanding defender with the ability to guard multiple positions. Her toughness and willingness to compete makes her a name to watch as she begins year two.

One of the better athletes in the event had flent foot movement and was able to turn her hips on defense. Showed very good athleticism on the offensive end running the floor for easy layups.

Hicks does not throw up many bricks. She previously played at NC GBB Academy and then followed it up by running on the grassroots realm with Team Curry 15U. Hicks is looking ahead to a successful first season with 4A Panther Creek – a team that concluded the 2023-24 season with a record of 24-5. In addition, the Catamounts compiled a perfect 14-0 mark in its Southeast Wake conference. Hicks can efficiently play at the three but can switch to guard mode with her rim attacking capabilities. She particularly can give opposing teams problems as a defender and can also connect on her jump shots.
