Another great shooter, she also had one of the best floor games that I saw on Saturday. She was solid in every aspect of the game, and played with a high basketball IQ. She didn’t make mistakes and she showed her ability to score it. She ran the floor and ran the show. Good player and steadying presence.

She’s listed as a shooting guard here but played more like a point guard who can score. She was great with the ball in her hands. Solid ball skills all the way around. She was always in control, pushing the ball up the floor when she had numbers or slowing the pace and getting her team organized. She can also shoot it, made threes, mid range shots, and finished well with either hand on the break. She should be a steadying force for her team, who will also give you points in bunches.

Mandi has had a big summer this year and has shown great improvements. Her on-ball defense is good as she has great lateral movement to stay in front of the opposing player. Her shot from outside is steady and consistent. Pham runs the floor well, filling in the open lanes when need be. She’s not a selfish player as she gives up open shots for her teammates who are more open. The senior is going to have a big year for Decatur HS.
