Marly is excellent at gaining separation from her defender. Great moves around the rim and she’s a playmaker who is able to create her shots well. High basketball IQ with the ability to contribute at both ends of the floor. She could score in all three phases of the game!
Marly is a player who has seen her game grow and now as a sophomore, her leadership has blossomed. Outstanding catch and shoot player with three-point range. Very good defender with a good wingspan, able to play the passing lanes and comes up with deflections which turns into break points.
Marly displayed the ability to be a solid inside/out player with good range. Also can battle in the paint and finish around the rim. Good handles and plays the game poised and smart.
