About Maya

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

I’m not the tallest or the fastest, but I go all out every play and don’t mind doing the gritty stuff. I’ve got solid court vision and love setting up my teammates for easy buckets. I’m super competitive, but I’m also the one cheering loudest when my teammates shine.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

I bring a strong work ethic, a team-first mentality, and a high basketball IQ—qualities consistently recognized by my coaches and trainers. I pride myself on being coachable, driven, and focused on continuous improvement.

What type of college are you looking for?

I am looking for a school that blends elite athletic programs, strong academics, a supportive campus culture, and long-term career opportunities.

Another rising freshman with good length and a solid wingspan, which allows her to play well in the passing lanes. She does not back down to anybody in a battle with a defender when she’s being pushed around. She is scrappy and she’s got a future ahead of her.
