Top to bottom the Crusaders are a faster and more balanced squad than a year ago and Phister did a great job not only of creating but also moving into space. Especially in catch and shoot opportunities her release was smooth, wasted movement free and accurate. She buried a hat trick of threes to stretch Andover Central’s half court defense and used her length to good effect working near the paint and defending. Colleges looking for a fast, high IQ shooter should be looking at Phister.
