About Mia

How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?

Relentless. I can get to the basket and finish. Consistent jump shot from mid range and three. Always willing to guard the other teams best player.

Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?

Soft spoken and caring. Enjoy being around people. I have a very diverse group of friends and love hanging out with them.

Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?

I’m involved with Young Life.

What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?

I feel as if I lead by example. If I need to be a vocal leader I can be but I prefer to lead by example.

Has good size for a guard! She uses her frame to get to the basket from the baseline or attacking the middle of the paint. Mia does a good job mixing in and hitting the offensive boards for easy baskets. Mia is a capable three point shooter, even has a good stroke when defenders are contesting her shot!
