Mikaiya continues to improve. She took home Player of the Game honors for her South Shore squad against a talented Morris Catholic team. She showed good hands on the interior, abilty to get good post position and no problem scoring on the catch with defenders on her back. She rebounded well and is a disruptor in the lane on dribble penetration.

Brought toughness and skill, finishing strong through contact and stepping out to hit shots. She chased her own misses and created second-chance opportunities, showing off her motor and competitiveness. She has a good back to the basket game in the low post and can finish with either hand.

Beasley is physical, athletic, and a bruising forward who does a lot of her damage in the paint. She is active on the glass on both ends and can finish in a multitude of ways in the paint. She has good footwork and has spin moves that she likes to utilize. Has some stretch ability and can shoot it from the mid range/perimeter to create spacing with her smooth mechanics and high release.
