Averaged 21 per game last season in California including a season-high of 32 points! A very efficient player from the field; she has great size for a guard and is a good offensive rebounder and knows how to get easy baskets inside the paint. Had a good showing at DMV Live played with so much energy using her physical frame. Now back in Virginia she will be one of the key pieces to a good Miller School team this season! 

Mila is a versatile scorer who can impact the game at multiple levels. She has a smooth mid-range jumper and a nice floater that helps her finish in traffic. She also shoots the three well from the corners. On top of that, Mila competes hard on the glass and consistently battles for rebounds on both ends.

Spencer can do it all on both ends of the floor. She finds the best scoring opportunity and reads the defense accordingly as she makes strong drives to the basket. Defensively, she gets her hands on the ball and will block shots. She’s a two-way impact player who can rebound and score at all three levels.

She handles the ball well in transition, attacks the rim, and knocks down perimeter shots with a smooth release, and confident follow-through. She plays with a scoring mindset and stays scrappy on defense, consistently fighting to get the ball.

Really good size for a wing/guard! She can push the ball up the floor off the rebound. Time will tell look like her body is still developing and won’t be shocked if she grows another inch. She had a pretty good high school season coming back to Virginia from California where she averaged 16 points 8 rebounds and also most 3 steals per game! Mila can score on all three levels of the floor on the court. Silky smooth player that will have an even bigger role at her new school this high school season!

With two more seasons ahead, she’s already proving to be a cornerstone for Fairfax, and her trajectory suggests she’s only getting started.

Big guard with great size and her physical makeup makes her a matchup nightmare! A very solid defender that can guard all positions on the perimeter with her size and length.

Mila Spencer Mila Spencer 5'10" | CG Miller School | 2028 State VA ‘s mix of size and skill was on display all day. She used her handle to get by defenders and had some nice finishes at the rim. When Mila missed shots at the rim, she consistently got her own miss and put it back up. Mila was one of the best players on the day, and she reassured everyone she was one of the best talents in the 2028 class.
