Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m primarily an outside shooter who can also drive to the paint and kick out to open teammates. I pride myself on being a vocal communicator on both ends of the floor and bringing high energy, especially on defense. I can box out and grab rebounds and occasionally come up with a steal, though I know I still have room to grow defensively and offensively.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
’m a strong, driven person with an outgoing personality—very social, energetic, and always bringing positive vibes to those around me. Mentally, I’m resilient and focused, able to push through challenges and bounce back quickly when things get tough.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
As of right now, I’m not involved in any clubs because I’ve been focused on getting back into my groove with basketball, which has been my main priority alongside school. However, I did receive an NJHS (National Junior Honor Society) award last year, and I’ve also been part of a diversity group at school called Every Grizzlies In
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
I’ve developed strong leadership and teamwork skills through basketball and school. I’ve learned how to communicate, support others, and stay focused as a group. Being part of Every Grizzlies In helped me appreciate different perspectives, and through NJHS, I took part in community clean-up projects, which taught me the importance of service and staying involved.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
Last May, I tore my ACL and meniscus, which required surgery and a long recovery process. It was a tough challenge that tested my patience and mental strength, but it motivated me to stay focused on my rehab and academics. The experience taught me resilience and reminded me not to take the game I love for granted.
What type of college are you looking for?
My ultimate goal is to play at the D1 level, but I understand that opportunities can come in many different forms. I'm looking for a college where I can challenge myself both athletically and academically, and where I’ll have the chance to grow as a person. While D1 is the dream, I’m truly grateful for any opportunity I’m blessed with, and I’m focused on making the most of wherever I end up.
