Player Bio
How would you briefly describe your gameplay style?
I’m a 5-foot-10 guard and a transfer from Alaska. This season, I was honored to be named to the 4A All-State Second Team and All-Conference Player of the Year after helping Marshfield win the Sky Em Conference title. I averaged 20 points and 5 assists per game, and I’m currently ranked No. 11 in the Prep Girls Hoops Oregon rankings. I’ve also received multiple Division I offers.
Can you provide a brief description of your mentality or personality?
I’m calm, composed, and unselfish by nature—and that directly influences how I play the game. I’m competitive at my core and hate to lose, but I channel that drive with focus rather than emotion. I don’t get rattled easily. Whether the game is tight or the momentum has shifted, I stay steady and locked in. My calm demeanor allows me to see the floor clearly, make smart decisions under pressure.
Are you involved in any clubs, organizations, or have you received any non-sport awards?
Academics are very important to me. I currently hold a 4.2 GPA and am ranked #1 in my class. While I haven’t received any formal non-sports awards yet, maintaining that level of academic performance alongside athletics is something I’m really proud of. Balancing a demanding course load—including multiple AP classes—has taught me time management, discipline, and how to stay focused under pressure.
What skills or qualities have you developed, such as leadership, teamwork, or community service?
Through my experiences in basketball, track, cross country, and student leadership, I’ve developed a strong sense of teamwork, perseverance, and responsibility. Being part of multiple sports has taught me how to work with different types of teammates, stay disciplined, and push myself mentally and physically. As a member of student leadership, I’ve learned how to listen, communicate, and lead.
Have you faced any significant challenges? If so, please describe.
One of the most significant challenges I’ve faced was moving from Alaska to Oregon. It meant leaving behind my friends, teammates, and everything familiar to me—both on and off the court. Adjusting to a new environment, school, and basketball program pushed me to grow quickly. I had to earn trust, build new relationships, and prove myself all over again.
What type of college are you looking for?
I’m looking for a Division I program that values both athletic and academic excellence. I want to be part of a school with strong academics, where I can challenge myself in the classroom while growing as a player. I’m also looking for a basketball program that is consistently competitive and led by a coaching staff that builds a strong, positive team culture.
