Iles is steadily adding more and more to her impressive game, yet it’s in her blood, as her dad was one of the top guards in the city, and trust me, she will be in that same talk as she progresses “on the court” see evaluations here As good as I am at evaluating, seeing her “poise under pressure” playing high school ball this season dropped the mic so watching her show she could take games over as well as get hers in the flow over the weekend has me smiling

Iles is only a 2030, yet she is already showing signs of creating some serious problems for defenders, and since she’s made multiple Tip Sheets from me, see evaluations here. Here’s another TIP: she’s “poised beyond her years.” She understands how to get hers “in the flow” and she plays within herself, but she can drop the jumper, attack and finish, and play solid defense, and when you do this playing UP, she’s headed up, Up and AWAY

Iles falls into that “I knew her before she was born” category as I watched her dad create some problems at her age starring for the Houston Hoops through a stellar high school career before playing at the next level, but she’s on her way, as I was impressed initially the first time I saw her, yet seeing her play against TALENTED high school players at the TABC Showcase dropped the mic see evaluations here Her poise under pressure, being able to do things instinctively and reacting in tough situations has her in a position to keep climbing up the lasser

Iles reminds me of watching and hearing about her dad giving defenders problems in what seems like a lifetime ago, so like the old folks used to tell me, I’ll tell Mya “I knew you before you were born” Let me start with “ceiling has no roof” simply because she was doing damage against high school players with offers on the table. She handled the ball and saw the floor under pressure, she attacked and scored, solid body control on her finishes, dropped the jumper, and played solid defense
