Nacoya Blocton was in the middle of every play it seemed during the Clay County Cup. The defense was geared to stop her, and on the offensive end, most plays ran through the veteran Blocton. She got to the rim, hit the three, and put her opponent in foul trouble. Blocton handled most of the ball handling duties on offense and led the fast break throughout the game. Down the stretch, Blocton was clutch and continued to show whey she is one of the toughest power forwards in the 2025 class.

She has the ability to pull up for the short midrange jumper; she can back an opponent down and spin to the left or right (and score); and she has the physicality to score right through a defender. Blocton is also a beast in the transition game and can rebound it and take it coast to coast. Defensively, she is very good on the helpside, and she is versatile enough to play on the insideand the perimeter. She is long and lengthy, has active hands and plays the passing lanes very well.

Blocton is primed for a special season, and she has the skill set to achieve a lot of personal and team goals this season.

She has some of the best post moves and footwork of all the power forwards on the list. Blocton’s three-point shooting was last season as she connected on 39 threes and averaged nearly 17 points per contest. She was also the primary ball-handler last season and averaged nearly three assists per game . Blocton was also a sneaky defender from the four position, averaging nearly four steals per game. Blocton is primed for a special senior season.

Blocton is one of the most versatile players in the 2025 class. She plays the 3 and 4 positions and she is also the primary ball handlers on her high school team. We have stated for several years that Blocton is one of the best stretch four players in rhe 2025 class. She shots the three ball with great accuracy and she can get to the rim and finish with the left or right. Blocton also attacks in both directions which hilights her playmaking and game changing abilities. Blocton is one of the most versatile players in the 2025 class.
