Nasiya is a strong and powerful guard with a knack for scoring the basketball. She has a quick first step and does a nice job of getting defenders on her hip and gaining leverage, but she can also create space with the dribble to get her shot away. I don’t know that she’ll ever necessarily be a point guard, but she does have really nice vision and some creativity in her game. She plays with a quiet toughness and a lot of physicality. She’s also a high-academic prospect who should draw a lot of interest for that in itself.

Nasiya is an extremely strong and powerful wing guard who can score the ball in a variety of ways. I wouldn’t call her a deadeye shooter, but she can make shots outside, she has the ability to create something out of nothing and get through the lane, plus she absorbs contact very well. Nasiya also has very good vision and can find teammates through the smallest of windows. When motivated, she can be a very good on-ball defender as well. I think she has some skill on the ball, but she’s much better as a pure scorer.
