Natalie fits in well with this uber-athletic Bolingbrook team. Her speed and athleticism shine on this squad. It is great to see her poise when shooting the 3 or passing for the best shot. She is a teammate that makes the players around her better.

There aren’t a lot of guards who play like Frempong, and not too many of them can get to the rim at will like she can. She’s easily one of the most athletic and explosive guards in her class, and will definitely be a focal piece for Bolingbrook in their early game against Prospect.

Bolingbrook has always had some of the top players in the state at their program, and this year, they’re adding another. Frempong is still in the class of the hardest guards to slow down or contain.. and adding her to a team that loves to play aggressively and fast. She can score at all levels, create for herself, and most importantly, guard the opponent’s best guard. This team will be fun to watch.

Frempong has gotten better each year, in my opinion, and if you’re a college coach who is looking for someone to grow with your program, or someone to come in and push the needle, you’ll need a Frempong. She has everything you need out of guard, the handles, the vision, and the athleticism is not matched by many players in this class, let alone the state.

Size will be what coaches look at first, but the aggression and the ability to switch in and out of a scoring and facilitating role.. is a skill that many bigger point guards don’t have. She’s a born athlete and has the work ethic to build on what she has to fit what a program at the D1 level needs.

Frempong isn’t afraid to go one on one, and when she does she usually can win her matchup. She’s shifty, aware, and knows how to get to the rim and finish. One of those guards that can be impactful with and without the ball in her hand. She had a ton of tough finishes against the Blaze in their matchup last night.

Every year, Natalie seems to add more to her game, and this year, I think pace has been at the top of her list. She’s also simplified her game. She has all the tools to be a crafty point guard, but this year, she’s taken over games by playing with more control. The athleticism and creativity are there, but now she’s added pace and patience. Hell of a talent.

Frempong is a natural athlete. From her speed, her strength, and her ability to stay engaged even when “tired” is something to take note of. Yes, she can score and she defends at a high level.. but the other little details to her game are what continue to stand out to me. She does a great job of court mapping, and keeping things moving at a solid pace. The potential to be a legit two way playmaker is there.

My first time seeing Natalie was at the Montini Summer League her freshman year, and since then, she has added multiple layers to her game. Besides being a pure athlete, Frempong’s defensive instincts are sharp, her awareness of her surroundings is clear, and her readiness to take on challenges is evident whenever she touches the court. She is one of those players you have to see in action to truly appreciate her impact on the team.

is a feisty and skilled scoring guard. Always on the hustle, she can hit the midrange shot off the dribble or catch. Her size is not a barrier to get to the rim at will. Great skill and footwork.
