If it weren’t for her 6 threes and 22 points in the quarterfinal against Crater, we may be talking about a different champion right now. She followed that up with another 6-three game to help her team cruise past Redmond in the semis. The stats show Tidwell is always steps up when she is needed. She said has gotten stronger and more confident over the offseason as she looks forward to another high school season with her best friends.

FBC Oregon 5-foot-7 shooting guard Natalie Tidwell Natalie Tidwell 5'7" | SG West Albany | 2027 State OR shot the lights out all weekend at the HoopSource Memorial Day Championships. The West Albany sophomore (2027) hit multiple catch-and-shoot threes in multiple games at a high rate. She got the Tropics going from behind the arc early and often in the final. It felt like she could not miss. Tidwell got open on the perimeter and beat the closeout with a quick release and clean stroke. She moved the ball quickly to create shots for others and stretched the floor to open lanes for cutters.

West Albany sophomore Natalie Tidwell Natalie Tidwell 5'7" | SG West Albany | 2027 State OR is an excellent catch-and-shoot three-point shooter from the wing and corner. The 5-foot-7 guard was top three in three-pointers made and top two in three-point percentage shooting at the 5A state tournament. Tidwell can feed the inside player or drive and dish in the paint from the wing for the assist. She averaged 12 points (shooting 37% from three) and 5 rebounds per game her sophomore year. Tidwell was named to the Honorable Mention list in the Mid-Willamette, Oregon’s most competitive 5A conference. She averaged 13.5 points (shooting 43% from three) and 2.5 steals per game at state. Tidwell starts at No. 32 in the Prep Girls Hoops Oregon class of 2027 rankings.
