Don’t sleep on this young lady as she is about to bring it this upcoming season. She can exploit multiple areas on the floor, such as the mid-range, short corners, and occasionally the 3. She, too, is big time on the boards and brings a lunchpail mentality to the floor. She runs the floor well and can finish around the rim with ease. A solid kid who is going to be a beast this upcoming season.

does a little bit of everything at the big position. First and foremost she is alway one of the better defenders every time she steps on the floor. She has good movement, paired with long arms that allows her to block defenders even if she gives up a little space. She is a great rebounder and has above-average down hill speed. These skills paired together makes her a solid finisher in transition. In half court sets last year she scored efficiently in post ups, but also displayed good touch on short to midrange jumpers.
Alber is already ranked as one of the better bigs in the class for TN, but at the overall #24 spot, she still has room to move up and the skillset and potential to do so.

Tough kid who can use her size to create havoc. Great in the screen game, can knock down shots from afar, when she is in the paint, she is golden. I love how she gets after it on the defensive end. Blocking shots, controlling the boards, hitting the outlet guard to run the lanes, and catching the ball over the top. Her game keeps getting better and better, and I was thoroughly impressed during the state tournament. Look for her to help her ball club get back to Murfreesboro next year. Until then, she will be attracting the eyes of college coaches with her style of play on the circuit. Great kid who is going to be tough to deal with next season.

A talented big whose game keeps growing and growing. Though her team came up short, this opportunity will serve as a valuable experience that will catapult into a run next season. This kid is a warrior and I know for a fact she will be getting back into that lab and fine tuning her game. She is already a tough presence around the blocks. She comfortable in the mid-range area as well. Now that her face up game is better, she is becoming even more lethal as she has added counter moves along the way. Keep an eye out for this kid. She is a tough ball player who is solid on both ends of the floor.

Though it was a team effort, her ability to finish down low stood out amongst the performances. Her size was a big factor, as JSS couldn’t match her physicality. In the minutes she played, she was impactful not only by scoring but also by getting it done on the defensive end. She didn’t slow second chance shot opportunities as she grabbed 10 boards. She also had 3 key blocks and one steal. It was not a bad double-double performance from a tough player who is becoming a household name. Look for her to come out strong in the next contest, displaying a similar body of work.

This young lady has been on a mission, and her consistency and hard work are paying off. She had an impressive stat line of 14 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, and 2 blocks, which helped tally up a win for her team to punch their ticket to the state. The six-foot ball player can stretch the floor but poses a real threat in the mid-range and block areas. She is solid on both ends of the floor, making it difficult for opponents to establish any presence down low. She’s physical, communicates, and displays tremendous leadership. She’s a tough kid, and I look for her to soak up this moment and opportunity. Not only that, but let this show college coaches that this girl is for real.

Stretch 4 who is solid from the arc but makes her money in the paint and the high post area. She has transcended her game into something incredible. She is physical, gets after in multiple phases of the game, wins the rebounding war, blocks shots, and is just a tone setter for this club. Yes, she can score on the offensive end, but I love what she brings defensively to the table. Solid six-footer who continues to get better with each outing.

High motor kid who plays the game at a high level. She is a game changer who can stretch the floor as well as play on the interior. Has range to her game, but when she is around the bucket, is where she makes her money. She can score it from all 3 levels, but down low, she’s a beast. She is a high level rebounder on both ends, can block shots, and gets up and down the floor great in transition. This kid is special and the more she works at her game, the more dominant she will become. Versatile kid with a lot of upside.

Alber’s name is really picking up steam in recruiting circles. She has all the tools to be a D1 big: great size, length, athleticism, and motor. On the defensive end, she’s already a game changer. She contest everything, and has great pursuit of the basketball as a high level rebounder. On the offensive end, she showing tons of development–her motor makes her really tough both running the floor in transition and as an offensive rebound threat. She’s begun to develop skill with her back to the basket (she’s drop-stepping in either direction now), and as a threat in the pick and roll game. Recently picked up her first of many D1 offers.

Alber has been crushing this summer, and I think is going to wow people. She’s showing off her athleticism as both a scorer and high volume rebounder. She’s been a menace on the offensive glass, and is creating both extra possessions and easy buckets for herself. She is so much better than people know…
She’s 2nd on the team in scoring,, first in blocks, and first in rebounding this summer for NV.
