left her mark at Bracken County High School. She surpassed 2,000 career points, earned 10th Region Player of the Year and a spot as a Miss Basketball candidate. One of her best games this season came in the All “A” Championship, where she put up 32 points, 8 rebounds, 4 assists, and 3 steals. Nicole also averaged 15 points per game this season and led the Lady Bears to their third straight 39th district Championship. She will continue her basketball career at Mount St. Joseph University.

finished her junior season averaging a team-leading 15.2 PPG along with 5.8 RPG, which was second most on the team. She is a reliable free throw shooter and a volume scorer that is capable of scoring 25+ points anytime she steps on the court. She has the “clutch gene” as well, the type of player that can get the job done under pressure. Archibald made the region 10 all-region team and reached 1500 career points and 500 career rebounds as a junior, I see her continuing to play at a high level into the AAU season for 16U adidas 3SSB Midwest Basketball.

Another high scoring guard, Nicole moves up twenty two spots from 47th to 25th. Nicole is a good shooter who made over 35% of her three point shots this season but can become too reliant on the three at times as she doesn’t get to the free throw line much compared to how much she has the ball in her hands.

Archibald hit the 1,000 point mark which is especially impressive considering she did it 8 games into her sophomore season. This won’t be the last you hear of her hitting big milestones as she contributes in every way imaginable on the court. She is an excellent scorer, but she is also a very good floor general and defender. Archibald has strong handles and is very crafty with the ball. She really brings a lot of value to the court and is currently averaging 16.7 PPG and 4 RPG. She is also shooting nearly 40% from 3 on the season.
