Schuster has grown every year in her skillset. Her height and wingspan are two things that get you interested in her games, but her abilities on the floor get you to sit and watch. Her shot-blocking is formidable. Her ball-tracking wherewithal stands out in that facet. Schuster also rebounds her position pretty well too. At the next level I can see her being used in drop coverage in pick and roll situations as a defender. Schuster takes pride in protecting the rim. When she’s on offense the skill that pops when put in scenarios to use it is her passing. She can operate dribble handoffs in ‘Zoom” actions, “Delay” actions, and Princeton style offenses in my opinion. Patience is the word that comes to mind when she has the ball in her hands on the perimeter, looking for her next read. If you’re a college program looking for a big that can block shots and pass, I can see Schuster filling that role.

Olivia has a strong amount of talent, and her size is key to most of it, which is shown on the defensive side. Offensively, she doesn’t show a limit, especially with being comfortable with letting it go from outside. There is definitely another level she can go to, and with a couple of years on her belt, I believe we could see it.

Schuster is a presence in the paint, whether it’s on boards or defending the rim. She makes herself known. From a scoring standpoint, she’s not afraid to score from the outside, which is what colleges will look for from players at her size.

Coming off a great AAU season, Schuster showed up well at the Sophomore showcase. No doubt that her stature is a big piece of her game-she uses it as a weapon. She uses her length to block, rebound and covert second chance points.

is a towering 2027 prospect for Jacobs who played well Friday at the Bill Neibch Tourney. Game Notes: blocks shot in transition, floater finish in the paint, has sneaky speed and motors down the floor with her dribble, pursues rebounds and loose balls. Block, defensive rebound, floater off two in paint, offensive rebound, floater finish off of baseline pass. Olivia controls the boards inside using her length and anticipation; she has the length at 6’1 and quickness to become an outstanding prospect as she fine tunes her face up game and outside shooting.
