Sims is active and disciplined on defense, frequently altering shots and limiting easy looks in the paint.

Offensively, she is physical and intentional when attacking the basket. Sims drives to the rim with confidence, using her strength to absorb contact rather than shy away from it. She stays aggressive through defenders and finishes plays with determination. Her ability to play through contact makes her a tough matchup and helps her create scoring opportunities even in crowded areas near the basket.
