All showcase, Luna was looking to attack, and when she did she scored in bunches. She may have stood out the most among the guards. Luna plays with an edge on offense and defense. The best part about her game is the next-play mentality. Luna will be a player I’m excited to watch at the next level.

Payten Luna has all the tools you would look for in a starting guard, she gets downhill and makes things happen when she wants and doesn’t back away from a challenge. Luna displayed she can make great things happen on both ends of the floor at the showcase, she was very effective and did a great job at talking on defense one of the main reasons her team did so well.

Today I witnessed a dynamic combo guard that ran the offense and at times took over as a scorer. Luna brought both control and excitement to the game for Wisconsin Playground Elite . Luna scored double digits each game and filled up the stat sheet in assist and steals.
